Closed beta
During the closed beta everyone can sign in, vote and suggest, but only invited streamers can manage boards.
NextQuest is in a closed beta. The public side is open to everyone. Board management is limited to a short list of invited streamers.
For viewers
You can do all of this today:
- Sign in with Twitch. See Sign in with Twitch.
- Browse any public board.
- Suggest games to a board. See Suggesting a game.
- Vote on games. See Voting.
- Use search, game pages, and company pages.
Streamers can still limit who suggests and votes on their own board. That is a board setting, not a beta rule. See Audience and permissions.
For streamers
Only invited streamers can open the dashboard and manage a board. If you sign in and you are not on the list, NextQuest sends you to the /beta page instead of the dashboard.
While you wait:
- Your account and public board page exist from your first sign-in.
- The Add to my board button on game pages and in search is visible but disabled. It reads Closed beta only.
The /beta page has two parts:
- Try the board. This section links to the live boards of beta streamers, where you can vote and suggest.
- Get on the list. Enter your email and select Notify me to join the waitlist. You get a confirmation email. Follow its link to keep your spot.
The header shows a Beta badge on every page. Hover or focus it to read a short summary.
When the beta ends
Board management will open to everyone. The date is not set. For plans and pricing, see Closed beta and pricing.
