How to reach NextQuest support, how fast to expect a reply, and what to include in a bug report.
Email hello@nextquest.app for bug reports, feature ideas, privacy questions, terms questions and general feedback. There is no separate feedback form or chat server.
Reply time
NextQuest is a small team. Every message gets read, but a reply can take a few days. The site's own Contact page says the same.
What to include in a bug report
We can fix a report with these details faster.
- What you did. The steps, in order. Say whether you were a viewer or a streamer.
- What you expected.
- What happened. Copy any message on screen word for word. Add a screenshot if you can.
- Where. The page address, for example
https://nextquest.app/user/yourname. Include the game or board name if one is involved. - When. The date, time and your time zone.
- Your Twitch name. We use it to find your account.
- Your device. The browser and its version, and the operating system. Say if you use a phone.
- Anything you already tried. For example, signing out and in again.
For a Developer API problem, also include:
- The close code and reason your client received.
- Whether the connection worked before, and what changed.
- The event type involved.
Do not send your API key. If you shared it by accident, select Regenerate on Dashboard > API.
For a push notification problem, include the device type and whether Send test notification works. See Troubleshooting.
Warning
Never email a password, API key or login token. We do not need one to help you.

Many problems have a known fix. Check Troubleshooting and the FAQ first.
