Analytics
What each number and list on the Analytics page means, and how the 7 day, 30 day and all time ranges work.
The Analytics page shows what your audience suggested and what you did with it. It has totals and two top-ten lists. It has no trend charts and no export.
Note
The dashboard is closed beta only. See Closed beta and pricing.
Choose a range
Three buttons at the top right set the period: 7 days, 30 days and All time. All time is the default.
A range counts items by the date they were created, looking back from the moment you open the page. Every number on the page follows the range, including both lists.
The page covers all your boards, not only the active one.
The tiles
| Tile | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Total games | Games added to any of your boards in the range, whether you added them or accepted a suggestion. Games you have since removed are not counted. |
| Total suggestions | Suggestions created in the range. A suggestion is one game on one board, however many viewers asked for it. |
| Acceptance rate | Accepted suggestions divided by Total suggestions, as a percentage with one decimal. Pending suggestions are in the total, so the rate is low until you work through your inbox. |
| Pending | Suggestions in the range still waiting in your inbox. |
| Accepted | Suggestions in the range you accepted. |
| Rejected | Suggestions in the range you rejected, including blacklisted ones. |
Pending, Accepted and Rejected show a suggestion's status right now, not its status on the day it arrived.
When a rejected game is suggested again after your re-suggest wait, the suggestion starts over. It counts under its new date and as pending until you decide again. See Suggestions inbox.
Most requested games
The Most Requested Games list shows up to ten games with the most suggestions in the range. Each row has two badges:
- n suggested is the number of suggestions for the game, counted across your boards.
- n accepted is how many of those you accepted.
Games are grouped by title. The title links to the game page.
Important
n suggested counts suggestions, not viewers. If twenty viewers suggest the same game to one board, it counts once. It reaches 2 only when the game is suggested to two of your boards, or when a suggestion is reopened after a rejection. To see how many viewers asked, open the card in your inbox, which shows the number of submitters.
Most active suggesters
The Most Active Suggesters list shows up to ten viewers who submitted the most suggestions in the range. The badge reads n suggestions. Each viewer counts once per game and board they suggested. Names are Twitch display names.
When a rejected suggestion is reopened, NextQuest removes the earlier viewers' entries on it. They no longer count here.
Empty states
- With no boards, the page says "No boards yet".
- With boards but no games and no suggestions in the range, it says "Nothing to chart yet".
